They’re Trying to Ban Another Harmless Plant [Kratom] That Helps People

http://truthstreammedia.com/

“What’s more of a health crisis to the American people? 15 people who mixed a plant [Kratom] with other drugs, anti-depressants and pharmaceuticals and they died of a comminatory effect, or over a hundred thousand people who died taking legal drugs as directed, or the thousands upon thousands of people who die every single year from prescription pain-killer overdoses? What’s the bigger crisis here?

The reason that this is happening right now… is because of this: Between 2008 and 2016, pharmaceutical companies synthesized three different opioids from Kratom – the ‘dangerous horrible drug’ the DEA wants to add to Schedule 1 and the FDA wants to ban. It’s so ‘dangerous’ and so ‘horrible’ that pharmaceutical companies synthesized it and patented the synthesized alkaloids from this plant, and that is why they want to ban it, because they know that people aren’t going to buy the synthesized pharmaceutical version when they can get the real, actual, natural plant.

This is disgusting, and it should piss everyone off… If we become a country that allows another harmless plant that actually helps people to be added to a schedule where they can ban it and put people in jail for this, to try and force everyone to take poisonous pharmaceutical concoctions, then we really are a country of total slaves…

The bottom line here is that they’re trying to ban another harmless leaf. They want to take away the natural substances so that you can have your legally approved fake one. The bans are not about keeping anyone safe. If the system wanted to keep people safe, they would restrict the prescription drugs that have killed hundreds of thousands of people in this country. It’s about insuring that people will have no natural alternatives to healing themselves except for giant pharmaceutical corporations who synthesize their products to ensure addiction and death. The war on drugs is a war on us.

4 Signs We Do Not Live in a Free Country

http://www.wakingtimes.com/2017/05/03/4-signs-not-live-free-country/

“As it stands, our government is cruel and arbitrary; certainly not free. Ironically, in a form of double speak amidst a flare of smoke and mirrors, statist propaganda has us believing that we live in a free country when it’s more accurate to say that the government uses the term “freedom” as a distraction to keep people docile and under control.

Let the sheep believe they are free and they won’t fight to become free.

Meanwhile, covertly fence them in with outdated laws and an oppressive militarized police state, while convincing them it’s all in place for their own “protection.” Easy: Then it just takes care of itself. The conditioning and brain-washing kicks in with just a little boost from cognitive dissonance and soft slavery enslaves itself… Let’s break it down:

1. We live in an oligarchic plutocracy disguised as a democratic republic…

2. We have an overreaching militarized police force…

3. Taxation is not voluntary…

4. We have an oppressive bipartisan voting system that simply does not work…

At the end of the day, it comes down to individuals being free to live, love, and prosper without a group of others forcing their values (rules and laws) on them through threat of violence. No masters, no rulers.

As Epictetus said, “No man is free, who is not master of himself.”’

Congress Hands Government Authority to Microchip People with ‘Mental Disabilities’

http://truthstreammedia.com/2016/12/13/congress-hands-government-authority-microchip-people-mental-disabilities/

[H.R. 4919] is an Orwellian human tracking program that could quickly and easily get out of control due to the vagueness with which this bill was written.” …

“The language of the bill is so vague, in fact, that we don’t know what type of tracking tech will be employed or how far this program will end up going if it gets in full swing…

Hey, we microchip pets, why not children and elderly people and, pretty soon, everyone? Why not, Japan is already applying barcode tattoos to its elderly dementia sufferers for easy government tracking…

Take note that, for an issue that involves people with mental disabilities, they didn’t put this new program under the control of the Department of Health and Human Services; no, they specifically put it under the control of the Department of Justice.

Rep. Gohmert warned everyone on the House floor that this bill will end in people being tracked against their will.”  ~Melissa Dykes

There just was not enough attention paid to this bill, and it breaks my heart.  And I’m not kidding, I’m not being sarcastic…

One day, they’ll be remembered as the ones who quietly pushed this bill through that allowed a federal government to begin tracking [American citizens] for the first time. Perhaps someday we’ll have a Congress, before it’s too late, that will back up and say, ‘Wait a minute — We are not going to be funding, with Federal tax payer dollars, a tracking system for American citizens.’

I can guarantee you the program will ultimately be used to involuntarily place tracking information on people.” ~Rep. Louie Gohmert (December 8, 2016)

We Are Watching The Long Game to Total Censorship Play Out

http://truthstreammedia.com/2016/12/08/watching-long-game-total-censorship-play/

“What we’re seeing right now is a coordinated effort to basically take everything that the government does not want people sharing online and slap labels on it of hate speech, cyber bullying, fake news and now, Russian propaganda. They’re just going to mix that all together in a giant ball and justify censoring it. And you can see, when you take a step back and really look at what’s going on, how coordinated this effort really is…

Yes, U.S. government propaganda use against the American citizenry is officially legal…

What you’re seeing right now happen is a concerted effort to shut down free speech on the web… In a world where they can give you all of their propaganda, and that’s fine.

So in a world where our communication of what’s happening around us is largely digital, they’re now going to make it so that what you can share and see online is their propaganda while censoring and shutting down anything that speaks against it.

And it’s just crazy that we’re actually watching all of this happen; it’s so far beyond any of the dystopic movies. But, this is what’s happening, and it’s going to continue happening. So what people need to do is try to figure out where to go instead because YouTube and Facebook and Twitter, these platforms are going to be more and more heavily censored to the point that it’s going to be very hard to share information.” ~Melissa Dykes

Why the FBI Now Categorizes Animal Cruelty as a Class A Felony

http://www.wakingtimes.com/2016/02/19/fbi-categorizes-animal-cruelty-as-class-a-felony

“The importance of protecting animals from cruelty inflicted by people, who seem to disregard the fact that animals are sentient beings similar to humans, has been validated by the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), which has now added animal cruelty to its list of Class A felonies. As of the beginning of 2016, the FBI started logging cases of animal abuse in their Incident-Based Reporting System where it keeps records of other felonies, such as homicide and arson.

A big motivating factor behind the effort to track animal abusers is the link between animal cruelty and every type of violent and non-violent crime…

The switch in the FBI protocol will hopefully, in time, lessen the cruelty inflicted on animals in domestic and community settings, as well as identify and help conflicted and abused youth, but, this new categorization of animal cruelty does bring up some questions.

Will there be a time in the near future that judges and legislators start to recognize the importance of the well-being of animals, regardless of fact that animal abuse has become an indicator of potential for other crimes? Will they acknowledge the widespread animal cruelty on factory farms and in slaughterhouses, and that the corporations that authorize these crimes should be prohibited from continuing such practices?”

Who Owns the Federal Reserve Bank…?

http://www.globalresearch.ca/who-owns-the-federal-reserve-bank-and-why-is-it-shrouded-in-myths-and-mysteries/5496873

It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning. (Henry Ford)

Some people think that the Federal Reserve Banks are United States Government institutions. They are private monopolies which prey upon the people of these United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers; foreign and domestic speculators and swindlers; and rich and predatory money lenders. (Louis McFadden)

The [private] Central Bank is an institution of the most deadly hostility existing against the principles and form of our constitution… If the American people allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency… the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. (Thomas Jefferson)

I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world. No longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men. (Woodrow Wilson)

Death Penalty for Boston Marathon Suspect Drives Nail in the Coffin of US Justice System

http://www.globalresearch.ca/death-penalty-for-boston-marathon-suspect-drives-nail-in-the-coffin-of-us-justice-system/5449846

“Just as the 9/11 commission failed to adequately address and answer dozens of questions that its official narrative failed to deliver, and years earlier the Warren Commission failed JFK and America, so does the prosecution’s case of evidence of Tsarnaev’s guilt fail to be convincing, much less provide definitive and unequivocal proof that the 21-year old Chechen American with his brother committed the Boston Marathon crimes…

All kinds of unexplained anomalies are rampant throughout this case. A number of paid mercenaries from Craft International, a paramilitary private security contractor out of Texas (not unlike notorious Blackwater/aka Xe/aka Academi) were… spotted in photos wearing… black colored government-issued-like backpacks. The question of whether any of them laid their backpack and its contents on the ground never quite came up in the trial.

Apparently these guys were part of a Homeland Security training exercise that just happened to be training at the exact same time and place as the so called terrorists on that Boston Marathon day. Think about those odds, kind of like America’s entire national air defense on 9/11 conveniently being absent, purposely diverted to training exercises in the Atlantic just so the 9/11 false flag could be executed as planned. In Boston the unmistakable heavy presence of the military and special ops personnel assembled en-masse instantly on the scene after the marathon explosions is yet another giveaway indicating that the feds had something if not everything to do with this tragedy.

Clearly it was a training exercise alright, Bostonians [were] used as a guinea pig litmus test for assessing how a large US urban population of over a million people would react to a first practice, simulation dry-run of martial law in America, conveniently prepping us for what’s to come. The 2012 National Defense Authorization Act upheld by the US Supreme Court a year ago now permits the US military to invade our homes without warrant, arrest us without charges, and imprison us indefinitely without trial, legal representation or due process…

Once again the United States government appears to be at least complicit in another state crime against its own citizens – and then applying a media blackout to any real investigative reporting that would ask the dozens of questions to get to the truth… The US crime cabal and its fabricated “war on terror” is perpetuated globally, both on US soil and around the world as an ongoing crime against humanity. The truth behind 9/11 is in-our-face, and so is the truth behind these Boston bombings.”

Josie the Outlaw – Anarchism : Speaking Out Against Tyranny

http://www.redicecreations.com/radio3fourteen/2014/R314-140115.php

“Josie the Outlaw is an anarchist, activist and promoter of the ideas of voluntarism, self-ownership and a stateless society. Her YouTube videos have reached more than 200,000 viewers in just a month. Her philosophy states that, “Living outside the confines of unjust laws is necessary to living a just life.”  We’ll discuss her work partnership with Larken Rose, their current project and the rise of true anarchism across the globe. She explains her philosophy of being an outlaw. We also question why there are so few outspoken female anarchists.

Other topics we discuss include law, taxes, gun control and police brutality. As an anarchist, she shares her approach to mandatory licenses, insurance and permits. Josie explains why it is our duty to speak out against tyranny. We’ll also discuss the ridiculous notion of the “greater good” and the rise of socialism. Only a stateless society is logically or morally compatible with non-aggression, self-ownership and voluntarism because government is always coercive and violent.”

Judge Rules NSA Phone Tracking Legal

http://www.politico.com/story/2013/12/nsa-phone-surveillance-ruling-101569.html

“Citing the Sept. 11 attacks, a federal judge on [December 27, 2013] found that the National Security Agency’s bulk collection of millions of Americans’ telephone records is legal, a valuable part of the nation’s arsenal to counter the threat of terrorism and “only works because it collects everything.”

U.S. District Judge William Pauley said in a written opinion that the program lets the government connect fragmented and fleeting communications and “represents the government’s counter-punch” to the al-Qaida’s terror network’s use of technology to operate decentralized and plot international terrorist attacks remotely…”

Also see, NSA Ruling: Judge’s Decision Counter-Punches Constitution

http://www.infowars.com/nsa-ruling-judges-decision-counterpunches-constitution/

“The startling thing about Judge Pauley’s opinion is that it reads like an NSA press release or a Tom Clancy script. It begins:

“The September 11th terrorist attacks revealed, in the starkest terms, just how dangerous and interconnected the world is. While Americans depended on technology for the conveniences of modernity, al-Qaeda plotted in a seventh-century milieu to use that technology against us. It was a bold jujitsu…The bulk telephony metadata collection program represents the Government’s counter-punch…”

Leaving aside the absurdity that cave-dwelling terrorists operating in a “seventh-century milieu” were able to pull off a highly coordinated and sophisticated attack — even if the government’s narrative could pass the sniff test – it is not a legal argument.

Judge Pauley’s role is to decide whether or not the government’s actions are legal. Whether they are effective or not, it is the role of various federal organizations to protect the country (which is not necessarily the same as protecting the government). Those organizations will come up with strategies, tactics and policies to protect the country. The judicial system’s role is to ensure that those strategies, tactics and policies don’t violate the law or violate the rights of the people — the purpose for which the government was created…” ~David Knight
