Full Moon in Sagittarius

https://thepowerpath.com/moon-updates/full-moon-update-5-29-18/

“It is a good time for reflection, commitment, maturity, honesty and a true honoring of self. Coming on the heels of an introspective, creative and inspired time, this full moon invites us to make a commitment to a new alignment of our values and the intentions that have come out of that alignment. Pace yourself with whatever energy you have and match your enthusiasm with the rhythm of what is showing up in your life… Align yourself to what is showing up and think of life as being effortless instead of a struggle.

These times have brought crises, sudden change, tragedy, shock, challenge and many opportunities for doing things differently, some still yet to be revealed. While holding a compassionate container for the difficulties you and others may be going through, it is also important to keep your eye on the bigger picture and to keep the energy moving forward. Whatever you can do to continue clearing the past and realigning the future is most helpful right now. And remember to trust your intuition. It is the best reality check you have.”

“What you believe in is on the line now, and this Full Moon is a chance for you to focus on the big picture. The risk here is that you’ll weave a story about your life that justifies your feels instead of exploring your feels in efforts to understand the true story.

It’s important that you listen to what others are telling you about themselves – not just in their words but also with their actions – and accept what you are shown, even if you’re compelled to try and change things. Acceptance is a foundational step. In order to properly address something, you must first understand it. This is the time to confront the truth and to mobilize from that place.

There is no one meant to save or heal you – seek inspiration and guidance instead of fixes, lovers. You are the one, and the time is now.”

LAO TZU’S FOUR RULES FOR LIVING

http://www.wakingtimes.com/2018/05/15/lao-tzus-four-rules-for-living/

“Many centuries ago, Lao Tzu spoke of the four cardinal virtues, teaching that when we practice them as a way of life, we come to know the truth of the universe. The ancient Chinese master said that living and practicing these teachings can open you to higher wisdom and greater happiness, as they realign you to the source and enable you to access all the powers that source energy has to offer…

The four cardinal virtues, or rules for living life, can provide a framework for a life filled with inner peace and purpose.

1. Reverence for all Life

This virtue manifests as having unconditional love and positive regard for all creatures in the universe, starting with ourselves, then this will naturally flow out to all others… When we live with reverence for all life, we surrender our need to control and to dominate. We naturally come into heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for all of life. This first virtue is the key to diminishing the ego.

2. Natural Sincerity

When we are sincere and act with integrity, we move towards peace and inner tranquility. Our conscience clear, we don’t have the inner niggles over our dishonest actions that can erode a peaceful mind. Much of these four pillars relate to karma, the law of cause and effect, and maintaining equilibrium and impeccability. This virtue is honesty, simplicity, and faithfulness…

3. Gentleness

Gentleness is a deeply powerful trait. Often interpreted as weakness, gentleness is sensitivity, respect, and reverence for all life… Gentleness is an umbrella for forgiveness, acceptance and love. It is much like the yogic term ahimsa, or non-violence. When we give up being right and being superior, we start accepting ourselves and others, and so much conflict in our lives drops away…

4. Supportiveness

When we are supportive of ourselves, with kind words, loving actions and self-care, we are naturally supportive of others. This virtue is the basic tenet of humanity… When we give to others, share and support others, we become happy.  Our lives become meaningful and our hearts full. Supportiveness is about service. Open hearted service for the sake of helping others and benefiting others, with no thought to our own gain…

Let these four virtues fragrance your life, and notice the grace and ease that will come your way. For each one of these virtues brings in a way of being that is light, graceful and flowing and will help you shed destructive, self defeating patterns that sabotage your inner peace and happiness.

Neil Kramer : Everything Under the Sun

http://neilkramer.com/roamcast-23-everything-under-the-sun/

“Most people in the world demonstrate that they prefer going with the sleepy program of mainstream hogwash than waking to the awesomeness of their own individual excellent life… They choose unknowing instead of knowing. They cannot be bothered to know anything about real politics, real society, real intellect, real sexuality, real freedom, real independence, real anything. How weird.

Still, there they are — driving around, doing things, going to church, going to work, listening to the news, eating things, buying things, saying things, and I look at them: are they really alive? Are they real? Are they our brothers and sisters? Should we look upon them without conceit and radiate our human compassion and understand that everyone is on a journey, everyone is on their own special journey, OR ARE THEY DEAD? Are they soulless? Are they non player characters (npc’s), artificial intelligences like in video games, there simply to fill out the landscape, following programs; no free will, no capacity to self determine?

When I was sixteen, I hated everyone.  And now, thirty years later, I still fucking hate everyone. The only difference is, now I know why. I understand the problem much better. I see how they damage and deprive themselves, and I hate that… My hate is a surge of care and sorrow, very human…

Our society is mentally ill, cracked, insane to all thinking feeling souls that move through it. What a peculiar training ground we are in. The land is good, the society is stupid. What a bizarre place.

How can we do something about that? By accepting the mystery of life, by moving deeper and deeper into the heart of reality, we begin to slowly dispel the madness. Our reason, our experience, the goodness of our presence brings order to everything it touches, in small ways and in massive ways. Our wisdom is in our footsteps. Sometimes that means tackling really difficult things, head on. We must never be scared to talk about anything — race, immigration, guns, violence, hate, education, families, sex, history, death. No political correctness, no censorship, simply to know what is true.” ~Neil Kramer

New Revolutions: New Moon in Taurus 2018

https://thepowerpath.com/moon-updates/new-moon-update-5-15-18/

“This New Moon is very potent and powerful. It comes with a robustness similar to an eclipse and is a marker for great change, the preview of which could be manifested through some major earth event or events. We have seen this beginning to happen with earthquakes and volcanic activity in various parts of the world, all related to the earth. Watch for your own internal earth event that may feel like an inner earthquake, shifting all of your priorities and values around.

This new moon is both difficult and exalted with potential for great inspiration that comes with the freedom you may experience following challenging choices you have made or are in the process of making.

While stepping forward into new territory through your choices and realigning values, it is also important to bring in the quality of beauty and inspiration into the equation. Nurture yourselves in some way and have some fun despite the chaos that you may feel around you… You will reap many more benefits if you take some time to smell the roses along the way and do something for yourself that represents self-care with a bit of luxury like going to a fine restaurant or treating yourself to a massage. And if you are in the process of purging the old, bring in something new that is an upgrade in the area of beauty and inspiration.”

“[T]he New Moon in Taurus reminds us that no matter what may be going on in our lives, we’ll need to keep calm and find our center before taking action… whatever actions we feel we need to take now could later be revised, or a new course of action could suddenly emerge later down the road…

[T]he New Moon in Taurus invites us to chill out and trust the process that’s just now beginning for us. Change is an inevitable part of life, and every change is a necessary function of evolution.”
