Ascension and the 12/21 Solstice

“With the 12/21 Solstice almost here, it’s vital that you connect with a lightness of being and remain in your heart. A lightness of being, after all, is required to maintain a high frequency.

The process of ascension you have heard so much about is directly related to frequency. In the days ahead of Solstice, and on 12/21 itself, you want to have the highest frequency possible in order to access a multidimensional state allowing for great spiritual openings. With everything going on in the world, you may feel challenged to remain positive – yet this is what you inner being is calling you to do…

Today’s chaotic world is presenting a fast-moving canvas of happenings, prophecies, and uncertainty. It’s easy to get caught up in the media’s daily commenting about events, and to lose sight of the bigger picture of why you are here. That purpose is nothing less than enlightenment and humanity’s ascension, people moving out of a very dark time.

There is still darkness during the process of ascension, but remember that the world shifting out of centuries of fear and dysfunction must bring to light what is unworkable. A society that has been indoctrinated in violence will express violence until people learn how to love…

Of all the moments so far this life, the ones left in 2012 are among the most important ones for checking in with yourself and updating your energy for where you want to be headed. Prepare your energy now ahead of Solstice with a brief daily focused heart-centered contemplation about your ideal world. Let your heart and your inner knowing remind you of why you came to Earth, and how you want to live with others on the planet.”

Shadow Work : Becoming a Sustainable Light-worker (Part I)

“Our dark, unhealed interiors… are only a negative force when we do not reckon with them, when we do not enter and transform their orphaned aspects into functional, vital aspects or ourselves… Let us consider shadow work — as in dealing with our backlogged emotional wounds — to be the sustainable antidote, the reasonable substitute, to the current-day malady of ungrounded, unrealistic, magical thinking new-age spirituality and unsustainable progress…

Shadow work is one of the most crucial investments we can make to liberate our lives from the grips of numbness, pain, and feeling purposeless, as well grow the welfare of our planet…

Shadow work is also an appetizer for entering the dark night of soul, in which we die to all that has failed and alienated us from ourselves, so to be reborn from the depths of our bodies. If we do not embrace — and thereby deny and ignore — our shadow selves, we end up preserving an “infertile darkness,” which we then witness outwardly in our many unsustainable modern-day enterprises. Descent into and dissolution of these ostracized stagnations is a fundamental cure for the artifices we have become and created in turning from the dark.

In doing the dark work we do not vanquish it, but merely make it conscious so that its power and resources can be an ally to our outgoing light-work, our sharing of goodness. Carl Jung, an authority on the psyche, said that, “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”’

Thoughts on Gun Control!

“The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to allow the subject races to possess arms. History shows that all conquerors who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by so doing…” ~Adolf Hitler (April 11, 1942)

“That rifle on the wall of the labourer’s cottage or working class flat is the symbol of democracy. It is our job to see that it stays there.” ~George Orwell

“Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.” ~Benjamin Franklin (November 11, 1755)

“In our own country, we should be ever vigilant against any attempts to disarm the people… Your safety has always, ultimately been your own responsibility, but never more so than now. People have a natural right to defend themselves. Governments that take that away from their people should be highly suspect.” ~Ron Paul (December 9, 2008)

Apocalypse, How? 21 December 2012 (Not) the End of The World

“In pure and simple astronomical terms, this winter solstice represents the culmination of a 25,800 year cycle of the precession of the equinoxes. Every 72 years, our planet wobbles on its axis by one degree, hence the zodiac’s meandering journey through the cosmos. On this day, the winter solstice sun will align with the galactic equator

[T]he Maya’s intricate Baktun calendar tracked not just time, but the evolution of consciousness which can be measured in the form of a 13 stepped pyramid. For them, the 21st signifies a tipping point of humanity’s consciousness awakening into a more enlightened state. What was once hidden shall be revealed. ‘Apocalypse’ doesn’t even mean catastrophe, it means the ‘uncovering’. No, we’re not going to wake up on the 21st and ‘boom’ we’re all Buddha, it’s a gradual process and looking around, we’re in the throes of it now…

It wasn’t just the Maya which pointed to 21 December 2012; the Hindu’s Kali Yuga cycle also ends and the Hopi Indian’s prophesied about this time too. But again, not an end date – a transitional one; a rebirthing.”
